Our role and the fulfilment of our services can vary significantly between clients and we will assess each client’s needs on their own merits.

For standard engagements we will visit the client and asses the scale and scope of the instruction, once this has been done we will give the client a detailed schedule of works. The schedule will outline the complete cost, the time scales and the exact nature of work that will be undertaken.

For project and specific engagements the schedule is either supplied by us or the client, the terms of which are agreed before instruction.

How much does a management consultant cost?

The price of a management consultant often varies depending on the type of work that they are undertaking so each instruction is different.

Here at Brighton Business Consultants, we won’t undertake work if we cannot see our clients getting a sizeable return on our fees.

Our role, whether it be directly or indirectly is to increase the profitability of an organisation, therefore the important consideration when instructing a management consultant is to consider the value of the service, not the perceived cost of the instruction.

Our reputation and ability to exceed our client’s expectations are testament to our ability to perform and continue to retain and add value to our existing client base.
